Brewed in 2019 and blended in 2022, this special ale highlights what we love most - local wild yeast from right outside our door. Notes of apricot and pecans, aged for 36 months in red wine barrels. ALC. 5.9%

We recently began placing a few extra special, very limited products into bottles. These are smaller blends, the best of our barrels, and this bottle will age well for decades. We release fewer than one thousand bottles of each blend."
