Focusing on her favorite varietal, she sources her fruit from the best vineyards throughout California to create world class single vineyard Zinfandel. She maintains a close partnership with all of her growers to ensure that her wines maintain and express the unique terroir of each vineyard.

Carol’s old vine Wild Thing Zinfandel from Mendocino is sourced from 68+ vines and named for the wild looking vines and the uninoculated, or wild, yeast ferment used to create the wine.

This is not a wine for the faint of heart! Big aromas of black cherry, plum, and raspberry fruit combine with a hint of cigar box and a vanilla-oak baking spice note. The wine is smoothly textured and the palate is creamy and round with a looooooooooong and lush jammy fruit finish!
