We are absolutely delighted to have Molly and Rachel of Von Trapp Farmstead back
with us in The Tasting Room for this food and wine pairing event. Last summer, they led
a fantastic event where guests tasted Von Trapp’s four signature cheeses and learned
the intricacies of the cheese making process. We’ll be tasting those four cheeses again
but this time adding to the tasting menu – Mad River Valley’s favorite butcher, Josh
Turka of 5 th Quarter, will be making a delicious small bite using Von Trapp-raised meat.
Accompanying this menu, The Local’s own Sarah Nagle will be pairing each bite with an
incredible wine and explain what makes for the perfect match. What could be better?
