Lopez de Heredia - one of the most venerable producers in Spain– produces traditional, age-worthy Rioja. Their wines are legendary and still made the way they were when the winery was founded over 130 years ago. Made up of 65% Tempranillo, 25% Garnacho, 10% Graciano, and Mazuelo. Spontaneous fermentation occurs in large oak vats and the wine is aged for three years in barrel, and at least another 3 years in bottle before being released.
