More than a century ago two Piedmontese men, Mr. Sella, an engineer, and Mr. Mosca, a lawyer, came upon this uncultivated land and fell in love with it’s potential and started Sella & Mosca. Today Sella & Mosca vineyards are made up of 1200 contiguous acres of vines, one of the largest estates in Europe. The hot, dry climate coupled with the salt laden mistral winds and soil rich in lime and clay enhance the savory and fruity expressions of their Vermentino.

The wine has firm acidity but a soft and balanced palate. Citrus, tropical fruits, white flowers, and that ever-present hint of Mediterranean vegetation course through this 100% Vermentino. It’s the freshness of the wine that is it’s calling card- along with the zesty edge of citrus and pepper that make everything pop!
