Rosé using every variety grown on his vineyards, co-fermenting in three lots and then blending Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Gewürtztraminer, and Syrah combining stem inclusion, some direct press, some skin contact. All fermented in stainless steel. 

All our natural wines are low intervention, unfiltered, without any additives, sugars or sulphites. Created from grapes cultivated using organic or biodynamic farming.
