A sparkling rosé wine made from 100% Cabernet Franc from the Loire Valley, France.

The domaine meaning “a place where the larks sing” is located in the village of Benais in the heart of the Touraine region in the Loire Valley. This is the land of Cabernet Franc, referred to by the locals as “Breton”.

The Boucard family have been working the vineyards for 7 generations and their Cabernet Franc is regarded as some of the best anywhere. Kermit Lynch,  who has worked with the family for almost 50 years says “ the Boucard family produces some of the greatest values in all of France”.

The wine is fresh, supple, and fruity with notes of fresh peaches and nectarines- delicious when drunk young but their Cabernet Franc also has outstanding aging potential!
