Grape Variety : Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, and Riesling

Dry, light tannins, light to medium bodied, bright, vibrant acidity, spiced red fruit.

Red blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, and Riesling. 10% carbonic maceration, remainder spent between five and twelve days on skins with roughly 10% stem inclusion. Fermentation and élevage were done in stainless steel.

All our natural wines are low intervention, unfiltered, without any additives, sugars or sulphites. Created from grapes cultivated using organic or biodynamic farming.
