The 2023 Starlight was made by gently pressing the juice from two red varieties with lots of color in their skins, Marquette and Petite Pearl. The resulting wine is a darker spin on dry rosé with fruity and herbal aromas and a complex, phenolic mouthfeel best enjoyed in the gloaming of a long summer day. Notes of wild strawberries, cranberry juice, amaro, and vanilla bean.
