"Using Glasten Orchard’s apples from the original  family farmstead as well as those from extended  family properties, Spring Omen is a one-of-a-kind  cider that pays homage to the 10 generations of Elwells that have lived and farmed our area since  the end of the Revolutionary War.  This tart, dry,  clean and bright cider is as reminiscent of the  promises of another springtime in Vermont as it is of the unknowns."
