This organic sparkling wine hails from the Abruzzo region on the eastern coast of Italy. This wine uses the Charmat method introducing unfermented grape must back into fermented wine allowing for a second fermentation process which creates bubbles in a large sealed tank. This creates a tight, light, fresh, and fruity wine. The wine is clean with notes of meyer lemon, peaches and a light floral finish. This producer practices organic and biodynamic farming, not only for its grapes, but also for the olives and animal farming, believing in whole sustainable natural cycles for the land.
