Our excursion into the world of lesser known varietals continues with a nod to Ziggy Stardust and the expertise of scientist turned winemaker Kristie Tracey. With her background in microbiology Kristie is fascinated by the cycle of life and her wine reflects one year in the lives of the vineyards she works with. This is a small production(400 cases) skin contact wine made up of Riesling, Mourtaou, Negrette, but we return back to earth with 2% Merlot!
