Organic and naturally fermented using indigenous yeasts. The wine is made with minimal sulfur additions and no filtering or fining.
The wine has a ruby red color and purple hues, a creamy and consistent foam and a nose of blackberry and blueberry. Match with fats and complex dishes, roasts and braised meats. It is excellent with the pizza.
