It’s all about the limestone! Founder Tom Stolpman found what he believes to be one of the greatest viticultural sites on earth. Hidden in the hills of the Santa Barbara coast in the Ballard Canyon AVA lies a rare limestone outcropping with unobstructed exposure to the Pacific Ocean and its prevailing winds and temperatures. Their Syrah and Roussanne thrive here and so does their Sauvignon Blanc which captures all the attributes of the limestone terroir.

The wine’s crispness is like “pressed linen in the sunshine!”. Zingy, fresh, and a bit salty, the wine has a lightly charred cedar with a citrus vibe going which brings out a savory nuance and backbone. Lemon preserves spread on toast, cucumber, and mango flavors round out this truly exceptional California Sauvignon Blanc!
