Tscherne Winery and Inn consists of 20 acres of vineyards of which the Hundsberg Vineyard is devoted exclusively to their Sauvignon Blanc because of it’s uniquely warm micro climate The juice goes through a 24 hour cold maceration which slows down the yeast activity to collect its amazing fresh flavors and aromas!

Bettina and Gustav Strauss are the current owners, innkeepers,and winemakers at the estate which began in 1810.

The wine is 100% Sauvignon Blanc- fresh and fruit forward with notes of quince, spicy apples, citrus, and herbaceous notes.
