This delightfully carbonic macerated 100% Sangiovese is sourced from vineyards in Paso Robles. The grapes are hand sorted and fermented as whole clusters in a closed tank for 36 days with no oxygen and aged for 3 months in neutral French oak.
The wine is bouncy and brambly with gobs of cherry and raspberry flavors, fennel, licorice, and a hint of spice. Less than 200 cases of this wine is made. Chill this one way down!
