Loire Valley, France - The Neveu family has roots in the Loire Valley dating back to the 12th century, and their farm dates back to 1641. More recently, in the 1970s, Roger Neveu transformed the domaine into what it is now by making his own wine and selling it under his namesake. This wine is a rosé made of 100% Pinot Noir grown in kimmeridgian limestone solis. Delicate minerality and bright acidity make this a great pairing a the creamy, earthy cheese.
