This is a 50/50 blend of Lambrusco Salamino and Lambrusco Grasparossa, making it a super balanced and tasty dry lambrusco! The Rota family has been making lambrusco at their winery which borders Modena and Reggio for 110 years. They see lambrusco as unpretentious and perfect for a simple meal or an aperitivo of mortadella. I agree!
