50% Nebbiolo, 40% Croatina, & 10% Vespolina from Piedmont, Italy.

The Noah Winery, owned by husband & wife team Andrea & Giovanni, is located in the town of Brusnengo. Their vineyards are situated in the historic (but almost forgotten) Bramaterra appellation in the Piedmonte.

The wine is made up of 50% Nebbiolo, 40% Cristina, & 10% Vespolina. The wine is juicy & savory with enticing aromas of red berries, spice, & mineral undertones. Flavors of cherry, raspberry, mint, & licorice mingle with spicy & earthy notes. It’s brighter & rounder than what you might expect from a Nebbiolo blend because the Croatina & Vespolina reel in some of the Nebbiolo’s dominant personality!
