Rose Frizzante Grape Cider from Vermont, USA.

Novello is a collaborative project between La Garagista and Disciple Cider, both located in Vermont. La Garagista is considered by many to be one of the most creative and innovative wineries in the United States. Early apples are harvested from Disciple’s Brownsville Orchard and the grapes are harvested from the Garagista plot in Vergennes.

The apples are pressed through the Marquette and La Crescent skins creating a lovely light springtime rose. Low alcohol, fruity with a balance of minerality, Novello is a celebration of bud break in the orchard and vineyard.
