Sfera is a collaboration with small certified organic farmers & winemakers to bottle wine in small batches from all over Italy & Sicily. All of their wines have a certain style --12.5% ABV or less, vinified dry, native yeasts, & low sulphites all to better echo the magic of the unique terroirs they discover.

This one liter rose, from grapes growing on Sicily’s volcanic slopes, is a blend of indigenous grapes Nero d’ Avola & Frappato. It has a vibrant coral color with enticing aromatics of  strawberries & blood orange. The palate is crisp & juicy with flavors of watermelon & white peach and the refreshing and ever present thread of salinity that you encounter with Mediterranean island wines.

At 11.5%ABV this is a perfect addition to your holiday parties!
