The wine is made up of 85% Trebbiano & 15% other grapes from the region. Vinification involves a soft pressing to separate the solids from the must & avoid any maceration with the skins. Fermentation is cooled down to capture the grape’s freshness & balanced acidity on the palate. The wine has floral notes, tropical fruit, light grassy notes & hints of green apple. Full bodied , fresh & well balanced, the wine matches perfectly with a variety of holiday themed cuisines.
