100% Marquette Sparkling Rosé from Vermont, USA.

Ellison Estates was started in 2018 by husband and wife team Kendra and Rob Knapik. Starting off on restoring a small organic vineyard in the Lake Champlain islands. In their second year of making wine, they crafted pét-nat rosés out of three red varieties, giving birth to the Renewal series. The Renewal M is made from 100% Vermont grown Marquet grapes. This wine is vibrant, light bodied, but still a savory, deeply hued sparkling wine with cranberry and blackberry notes. Vermont wine is often looked down upon, but there is a new generation of winemakers focused on making exciting, minimal intervention wines highlighting the unique terroir of Vermont.
