Sparkling Rosé, Pétillant Naturel | 100% St. Croix | "Our Renewal series is our 2nd line of pét-nats. After experimenting making sparkling wine with the 6 original varieties on our vineyard in our first year of commercial production in 2019, we wanted to make technical rosé pét-nats from the 3 red varieties on our vineyard.  This gave birth to the Renewal sparkling rosé series. The cold-hardy red varieties we grow in Vermont have high levels of pigment lending toward much more deeply colored rosé’s than you may have experienced. Don’t let the deeper color fool you, these wines are light and vibrant on the palate. This sparkling rosé wine is extremely approachable and balanced. We find St. Croix to be one of the most balanced red varieties we grow."
