"This collaboration with Bissel Brothers Brewing of Portland, Maine, is the next offering in our Collab Series, a Czech-style amber lager brewed with Maine spruce tips. Brewed with Czech Pilsner malt and specialty malt from Blue Ox Malthouse, this single decocted lager showcases freshly picked spruce tips from Maine. Bright amber in color with notes of bread crust and caramel with a piney, herbaceous, and lightly fruity and full-bodied finish.

We partnered with Veterinarians Without Borders to run an "Animals & Ales" photo contest, where fans could submit a photo of their pet and donate to vote for the winner. The highest earning pet won a spot on this collab can. Zero, from Rhode Island pulled in the most votes! Overall, we raised $8,520 for Veterinarians Without Borders."
