100% Pinot Noir from Victoria, Australia.

Matt Harrop, winemaker, tends to a plot on Quarry Ridge in the Macedonian Range in Victoria, Australia to create a Pinot Noir that truly reflects the wildly diverse range of soils in which the vineyards grow. Matt achieves in making a perfectly balanced wine - savory but juicy, bright but soft.

The wine is top-loaded with baking spice, dried indigenous herbs, anise, strawberries, and apples. There’s even a hint of smoke and licorice in the aromatics.

The wine was named after Miles Davis' seminal recording, In a Silent Way, and the great artwork on the label is a drawing that Matt and his wife Tamara received from a friend for their wedding!
