Ptujska Klet is the oldest winery in Slovenia -- it’s cellars date back to 1239 and lie in the labyrinthine beneath the streets of the city of Ptuj.

Winemaker Bojan Kobal hand harvests 100% Pinot Grigio & macerates the overripe grapes for up to 72 hours to bring out the wine’s defining copper color & intense bouquet.

The wine is so fresh & fruit forward but is super dry. Fresh lime, melon,nectarine, & pear course throughout and the intense bouquet from the extended skin maceration gives the wine a full-on pleasing aftertaste.
