From the brewer: "“PINK”® 🍭🍭 the latest 🌳 from Jackson Hop Farm in Wilder, Idaho.

Mount Holly Beer visited @jacksonhopfarms during harvest this year and picked up a couple hundred pounds of PINK®. A new hop cultivar named after the pink ribbon that marked several rows of exclusive hop bines this summer. The name fits as we pick up intense aromas of sweet fruit, candy and a hint of citrus resin.

What we know… PINK clocks in at 14% Alpha Acid & is a cross between three hops from three continents (some are saying it might become the US version of Australian Galaxy 🤩). Matures early which is great for growers as many of the most popular hops grown today mature late and at the same time."
