"A classic piquette in style, we added VT well water to unfermented must from our rosé
production and refermented with daily punchdowns. After pressing we added just a
little unfermented juice to give it some spritz. Dark red, bubbly, nice acidity, and 5%
alcohol. Perfect for the lake, leaf peeping, crushing as an après. Only 30 cases produced!"
