"My first distribution of a perry, which is 100% pear. This one features two varieties I grow, Ure and Golden Spice, with the remainder harvested from a massive and ancient tree of unknown variety in Worcester, VT. It is decidedly low acid, which creates the illusion of an off-dry cider. It's got luscious pear flavor with a touch of salinity. Smooth and drinkable."
