"Amber color and cloudy with a rich viscosity. Smells of dried fruit, apple tea and ginger. The aroma is reminiscent of astringency. Although it has some volatile aroma, it actually gives it a nice accent. Tada wine’s true value lies in the fact that the lactic acid is firmly felt, and the taste is truly nutritious and even astringent. The soup stock feel of aged soy sauce continues with a long aftertaste. A wine that gives you a sense of the potential of grapes. Unfiltered wine fermented with wild yeast and completely additive-free (sulfite-free).

Orange Chardonnay, a white wine with extended skin contact, pairs well with both the richness of Chardonnay and the boldness of orange wine. It complements dishes with strong flavors, like Moroccan cuisine or Indian curries, and also pairs well with seafood, poultry, and pork dishes, particularly those with creamy sauces.

The Chardonnay vines, aged 5 to 11 years and planted on an alluvial fan, were carefully hand-harvested in early October. Immediately after harvest, any damaged or rotten grapes were meticulously removed. After gently de-stemming by hand, the grapes underwent approximately 20 days of maceration. They were then carefully pressed at low pressure using a Bucher Vaslin pneumatic press to avoid stressing the fruit. The wine was slowly matured for about 9 months in a combination of French oak barrels and stainless-steel tanks before bottling. Unfiltered and with no added sulfites, this wine fully expresses the character of the vineyard and the natural strength of the grapes."
