Founded in 1994, the heart of Gaia Wines mission is respect & stewardship for Greece’s unique terroirs and creating wines that, “explore in depth the boundaries of Greek varieties & making them well known all over the world.”

Three of Greece’s finest indigenous grapes are blended in the Notios. Moschofilero from the Arcadia Mountains provides floral scents & aromatic lift along with jasmine, rose, and lemon flavors. Roditis, harvested from vineyards on the Corinthian slopes, adds a vibrant lemony acidity. Assyrtiko, from the Peloponnesus region delivers an elegant freshness with zesty grapefruit, green apple, and peach notes on the palate. The Assyrtiko also adds strength, length, and depth to the overall structure of the wine.
