"Their iconic Pineau d’Aunis comes from old vineyards of between eighty and one hundred years of age. The grapes were fermented as whole bunches for three weeks and the wine was aged in old barrels for fifteen months. With a delicate perfume of minerals and spice, fine tannins and a long, mineral finish, this is one of their best yet."
