"Pineau d’Aunis from forty year old vines, fermented on skins as whole bunches for three weeks and pressed to barrels for fifteen months of rest. Despite the warmth of the vintage, it remains compact and elegant, with neat tannins framing layers of dark fruit, liquorice and spice. A wonderful expression of one of our favourite grapes."
