Winemaker Cyriaque Rozier creates a Bordeaux x The Languedoc style, 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from the Pays d’ Oc IGP in the Languedoc-Roussillon. The Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced from 50 year old vines, hand harvested, de-stemmed, and aged in concrete tanks.

This wine has plenty of rustic charm & is so smooth and easy to drink. Rich & intense, the wine has vanilla notes, dark fruit, and spices on the palate along with well integrated tannins. The finish is deliciously dry & slightly chalky.
