A blend of Grenache, Cinsault, and Tibouren from the Central Coast, California, USA. Organic.
Randall Graham is one of California’s quirkiest wine trendsetters. Renowned for starting Bonny Doon, Big House Wines, and a host of other projects, his mission throughout all of his fun and academic references has remained the same -- reimagining the French viticultural traditions using their uncommon varietals and obsession with terroir and recreating wines through a California prism in his own distinctly personal way. Whew -- a long mission statement for Randall Graham but that’s how he rolls!
His new project, the Language of Yes, or La Langhe d’ Oc, is a term describing how medieval folk of southern France and adjacent environs would identify who they were by using their different dialects and expressing their almost mystical love of the land!
Their enticing rosé is a blend of 72% Grenache, 26% Cinsault, and 2% Tibouren. Saline and savory, the wine is floral and fleshy with strawberry and peach notes and a thirst quenching minerality.
