From the producer: "The land of the Langhe rich in sandstone and marl of Sant'Agata gives us an aging wine par excellence, with a pale red color with garnet reflections. The vinification is traditional and the aging for at least 12 months takes place in non-toasted Slovenian oak barrels to enhance all the finesse of the Nebbiolo. The result is a very elegant wine with aromas of roses and small fruits accompanied by a note of vanilla and pepper. On the palate it is velvety and persistent. It goes well with all types of meat and aged cheeses. Try them also with ravioli with roast sauce. Unfiltered wine."
