Sebastian Van de Sype’s winery was officially born in 2020 although construction of a new winery is happening now & he currently relies on his neighbor’s facilities to make his wine.
The Tenuta La Fiaminga is a 10 hectare parcel primarily devoted to the Grasparossa grape & a bit of Trebbiano. His production philosophy is entirely based on the Ancestrale method & the traditional method where the fermentation is finalized in the bottle.
Both elegant & rustic, there’s sparkle & savory going on with ripe dark fruit and that signature Lambrusco bite in the finish!
