100% Trollinger from 8 different vineyards.  Also known as Schiava in Italy, this Trollinger is a beautiful bright red wine. The vines are 12-36 years old, made with wild yeast fermentation, and fermented and aged in stainless steel vats.  Light on its feet and packed with soft red fruits, white spices, and chalky minerality. Drink slightly chilled and pair with salumi and/or any appetizers.
