Look, I consider every event in The Tasting Room to be THE MOST SPECIAL, but, you guys, this one is THE EXTRA MOST SPECIAL!
Chef Matt Hiebsch has put Kitsune, his phenomenal nomadic Japanese restaurant project, on hold as he's taken on the Executive Chef position at Edson Hill in Stowe. But I missed those flavors & creations so I reached out JUST IN CASE... and...he's going to BRING IT BACK FOR ONE NIGHT ONLY on Saturday, April 11th in The Tasting Room at The Local.
Honored doesn't even begin to describe how I feel here. I am though, and also thrilled, and generally delighted to be able to bring something so special into Middlesex for you all to enjoy!
Robert Boehme, from Vermont Wine Merchants, will be presenting the wine pairings. And I think we've been hosting these dinners for long enough now that you all know that Robert KNOWS HIS WINE PAIRINGS. Plus he's a great guy & a ton of fun to listen to chat about wine.
So five courses, five wines, $125 per person. That's the deal. And I hope you think it's a good one. (hint: it's a good one)
A limited allocation of tickets are available now for Wine Club Members (so join today!) & tickets for everyone else go on sale Saturday, 3/14 @ noon.
