Italian Women Winemakers Hosted By Dialect Imports' Christina Solazzo - 6pm-7:30pm - 3/26/26
Hey, it's March! A thing I learned last night at our final (for now) Pearl Street Pizza evening in The Tasting Room. I was telling everyone about this great event we have coming up with Christina Solazzo on Thursday, March 26th & I referred to that event as happening next Month. Then someone politely told me March is the current month that I'm currently living in. And I was like, "oh my gosh, I need to get those tickets on sale like immediately." And here we are.
So what's the deal? And March, AS WE ALL KNOW, is Women's History Month. And what better way to celebrate than to have a woman host an event in The Tasting Room that highlights the amazing continuing contributions of women in winemaking? That's a rhetorical question -- that's how we're celebrating and it's the best way to do it.
Christina Solazzo is the founder and CEO of Dialect Imports: A company she created along with her father in order to bring in wines from small, multigenerational women winemakers from Italy. I mean, if the perfect job doesn't exist then you create it, right? Good stuff here.
And the wines -- oh boy, we just had a chance to taste these last night & I cannot wait for you all to try these on March 26th. Plus I bet you see these pop up on the menu at Pearl Street soon too!
So the event details -- five wines all presented by Christina, charcuterie boards put together by 5th Quarter featuring local meats, cheeses, and treats, and bread from our neighbors at Red Hen Baking. You'll drink, eat, learn a little bit, and celebrate the women who make our wine delicious & our lives better.
Oh, and speaking of making your lives better -- this entire evening is just $35/pp!
A limited allocation of tickets are available now for Wine Club Members & tickets for everyone else go on sale Saturday, 3/7 @ noon.
