Corsica is currently experiencing a renaissance in winemaking. Growers are focusing on indigenous grapes that have thrived on the island’s mountainous landscape - "the tail of the Alps chain rising out of the blue sea."

The Leccia family has been making wine in the northern Patrimonio region for generations and current family member Yves Leccia presides over the property. Yves works alone, a proponent of the "if you want something done right, do it yourself" school!

The wine is a bright and refreshing blend of 80% Nielluccio and 20% Sciaccarellu - strawberry-tinged with delicate floral notes and lush peach flavors interspersed with herbal and citrus notes. This rose truly captures the elements of sun, sea, and stone that define Ile de Beaute- "this beautiful island!"
