This ancient property dating back to the Middle Ages is run by sisters Erika and Iris Ciappelli who are involved in the entire production cycle of their wines. Their vinification process is as natural as possible to keep the intrinsic characteristics of the Sangiovese grape. This wine is 100% Sangiovese from a single vineyard planted in 1970 and has all the iconic flavors of cherry, ripe plum, and floral notes.
