In 1995, Jean-Baptiste & Charlotte Senat returned to their family’s land in the commune of Trausse in Minervois inspired by natural winemakers & the writings of Jules Chauvet. This led them to discover the style of wine they wanted to produce & where they wanted to produce them.

The entire Languedoc region -- of which Minervois is part of -- has been a beacon of innovation in natural winemaking, offering a fresh perspective to this historic-but off the grid-wine producing area.

Jean & Charlotte have been key players in the natural winemaking movement switching over to Ecocert sustainable farming practices & foregoing any additives & excessive manipulation with the grapes. The grapes are allowed to ferment spontaneously to express their true flavor expression.

The wine is a lively blend of Grenache & Carignan with pure tannins. It explodes with dark fruit & berries ending with a peppery finish.
