Since 1814, J. Moreau & Fils has been making Chablis with care and passion. Now led by head winemaker Lucie Depuydt, a Chablis born native. She has been using her close understanding of the local soil to both bring out and protect the subtle nuances of this organic unoaked chardonnay. This wine is distinguished by its elegance, complexity and liveliness. With subtle aromas of white fruit, citrus and floral notes, pleasant minerality and a lovely saline note on the finish.
