Located in the Valdobbiadene district of the Veneto region, Eli Spagnol, with his 30 hectares of Glera vineyards, hand harvests the steep slopes and applies careful temperature regulation in order to preserve the delicacy and freshness of the juice.
When bottled, the wine contains only 2 grams of sugar per liter creating a bone dry offering that really stands apart from many other Proseccos on the shelf. Because the wine is sealed with a crown cap, in 2016 this practice no longer allowed for the wine to be called Prosecco. But it is not like anything that you’ve tried before!
The wine has notes of acacia honey, white flowers, green apple, and nectarine over a mi real underlying core!
