Union Sacre is a winery located in the Central Coast of California, focused solely on single vineyard Alsatian varietals. Founded by friends Xavier and Philip, who arrived at the Central Coast from opposite ends of the Earth. Xavier is a WSET certified, oenology degree holder from France, Philip is a self-taught designer from Michigan. They each bring a unique perspective and together, make delicious wines. Dry.
