Hondarrabi Zuri and Hondarrabi Beltza from Basque Country, Spain.

The Ameztoi estate is located on the high rising slopes above the ancient Basque fishing town of Getaria. On this rugged Atlantic coast in Basque Country indigenous grapes Hondarrabi Zuri & Courbu are cultivated producing a vibrant and refreshing wine with zesty citrus flavors, some brininess, green apple, pear, and lime.

A touch of CO2 is added giving the wine a youthful light & slightly fizzy quality with high acidity and lower alcohol. This wine shines with seafood but is great solo!
