Lo Brujo Garnacha is made from sustainably farmed bush vines of Garnacha averaging 50 years in age. The vines are planted to iron-rich, stony, red soils in the rolling hills of Calatayud. At harvest, the grapes are pressed and naturally fermented in a combination of concrete and stainless steel vats. It has an expressive bouquet of brambly fruit: blackberry, black cherry, red currant, and spice.
