In this session-expression, we co-fermented a few different constituents, including two different kinds of teas, lemon juice, and fresh cranberries on skins to add texture and depth to some of the best raw wildflower Vermont honey we could get our hands on. Aged on toasted American oak for a minimum of 10 months, this is truly one of the more unique formulas we've done.
